This gym/training centre is a licenced CrossFit affiliate and offers group training as well as individual training. CrossFit is a discipline that promotes mastery of three key areas: weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance activities.
The CrossFit program has universal scalability for a whole cross-section of the community, from young to elderly, those just starting to work on their physical fitness to seasoned athletes. Thus this centre has established a large membership base who support each other both in and outside of the gym. It has well-qualified and experienced coaches.
